A Symbol of Memories Necklace

A perfectly pretty symbol of memories are shown in this necklace using diamonds from our client's past. In order to honour the strong women in her life and the stories that shaped her, she trusted us to design and share her ideas in this one of a kind, delicate necklace. Her story in her own words:

"I recently became engaged for the second time and while I’m excited to make a fresh start, I don’t want to forget the lessons learned from love stories past. From my collection, I brought together old rings and remnants that I never wear – from my mother’s previous marriage, my grandmother, my stepmother, and my ex. Each of these are symbolic of memories good and bad, promises made and broken, loss, hope, and what I used to think of as failed relationships and mistakes. I wanted to change my thinking and to honour these strong women and the stories that have shaped me. Dana was patient with me and let me participate in the design and share my ideas. But really, it was one of her very first sketches that nailed it perfectly. I absolutely adore this delicate piece – it’s like a pretty little talisman that turns regret into strength.
